岗位描述
负责子虔 C 或 B 端服务端团队搭建和管理;
深入挖掘和分析业务需求，设计并落地技术方案和系统设计;
完善基础架构，支撑业务快速迭代，根据业务需求引入新技术。
Responsible for building and managing the C or B-side service team;
Deeply explore and analyze business requirements, design and implement technical solutions and system design;
Improve the infrastructure, support the rapid iteration of business, and introduce new technologies according to the business needs.
任职要求
扎实的计算机基础知识，较强的逻辑理解能力和学习能力
熟练优化和排查系统问题
对微服务拆分、服务治理有较强的理解和实践
精通至少一门后端编程语言: Java/C++/Kotlin/Go/Rust
具备团队管理能力，有团队搭建和管理经验优先
Solid basic computer knowledge, strong logical understanding and learning ability
Skilled in optimizing and troubleshooting system issues
Strong understanding and practice of microservice teardown and service governance
Proficient in at least one back-end programming language: Java/C++/Kotlin/Go/Rust
Team management skills, preferably with experience in team building and management
